HAARP is an abbreviation for the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (high-frequency aurora research) and consists of extremely powerful transmitters that project microwaves up to several gigawatts into the ionosphere. Only a few Norwegians have heard of the HAARP technology. Even fewer of them have heard of the negative aspects of this technology for planet Earth and its life forms. Almost no one knows that there are HAARP facilities on Norwegian soil.

The HAARP technology is the technology of the future, for better or for worse. This military technology is kept hidden and there are signs that the technology’s evil intentions have been used and are being used today in Norway. The Norwegian government is silent about it. Possible victims do not have words and lack the terms to describe what has happened to them, claims Maarit M. Hansen in her book Tors Hammer.

The skeptics believe that the critics of the HAARP technology live in a fantasy world and talk about science fiction. But the author believes that the future is here now and its shadow sides are already affecting our lives. We are concerned with how we can protect ourselves and our families.

The Norwegian HAARP radars are located in Tromsø and on Svalbard. They belong to EISCAT, a private international scientific society. These radars are not under democratic control.

Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg’s New Year’s speech on 1 January 2007, almost two years ago, declared that Norway is on its way to having its own moon landing technology. What few of us suspected at the time, what this declaration really meant, has now revealed itself. The Prime Minister’s moon landing technology is tantamount to weapon technology in the field of climate and environment.

The US military is now using our everyone’s natural satellite, the moon, as a test field for the HAARP facility in Alaska. There is a suspicion that it is the technology for this testing that Stoltenberg was referring to in his speech. Norway will help develop the real Star Wars technology. The goal is that the real Star Wars technology will be able to cope with extraterrestrial attacks on Earth. But this is classified information.

HAARP is synonymous with weapons. It is a military weapons technology and weapons technology research through multinational and global cooperation between traditional industrialized countries and underdeveloped countries such as India and China. Monopoly capitalism will blend with the economy of underdeveloped countries through cooperation in Star Wars technology.

The goal for the Norwegian government, the „humane“ purpose, is to create a new global social model for the economy through the arms industry within the climate and environment. Only two or three of the Western countries (Germany, Great Britain and the USA) can afford to acquire these new weapons. Norway is only a test object.

The new age means for you and me that the war has been lifted above our heads. Communication technology and information technology are being used in the new weapon technology. Abuse of this technology occurs when governments, through horse-trading, sell their own unsuspecting population as test subjects for use by the multinational military-industrial complex.
